Our warehouse staff are highly educated to pack your items exactly as per the specifications we provide. Your products will be subjected to an exhaustive examination before they will be properly packaged prior to being delivered. Everyday we deliver hundreds of packages to our customers across many countries. This is a testament to our commitment to be the largest online retailer globally. The warehouses and centers of distribution are in Europe, as well as the USA.

Note that orders containing more than one item will be subject to a processing period that is based to the particular item.

Before shipping We will inspect thoroughly the items you've ordered. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hrs. The delivery time is estimated to be between three and seven days.

Returns

The stock is dynamic and we do not fully manage it because of the fact that several parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. Therefore, the actual inventory could alter at any time. It's possible that the stock may run out after your order has been placed.

Our policy lasts thirty days. We cannot return or exchange your purchase if it has been 30 days from the date of purchase.

You can only return a product when it's unopened and still in the same condition the day you received it. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
