Our warehouse personnel will pack each item according to our strict requirements. Before shipment, all items are carefully examined and secured. It is important to note that orders with multiple items are given a processing time according to the specific item.

Before shipping, our team will perform an extensive inspection of the products you have ordered. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Expected delivery times are between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

The stock is constantly changing and cannot be fully controlled by us because of the involvement of many different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. The stock levels may fluctuate at any moment. Please understand it may happen that your order is out of stock once your order has been made.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you bought the item, we unfortunately can't give you a complete exchange or refund.

Your item should be in its original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. The item should be in the original packaging.
