Before they are shipped the goods are thoroughly inspected and secured. We deliver to thousands of customers every day in a variety of countries. The fact that we are determined to become the largest online retailer in the world is evident. Warehouses and distribution centers are located in Europe as well as in the USA.

Note: Orders that contain more than one item will be assigned a processing date depending on the item.

Prior to shipment Our team will conduct an extensive inspection of the products you ordered. The majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The time to deliver varies from 3-7 days.

Returns

The inventory is always changing and we are unable to control it completely because multiple parties are involved, including our factory and warehouse. So the actual stock may fluctuate at any moment. Please understand it may happen that your order will be out of stock once the order has been placed.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed without a trace since the purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

You are able to return a product when it's unopened and is in the same condition the day you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
