Note: Orders containing more than one item will be assigned a distinct processing time, depending on the specific item.

Returns

The inventory is always changing and we are unable to control it completely because several stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. This means that the actual stock could change at any time. It's possible that the inventory could run out once the order has been made.

Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. Unfortunately, if the 30 days have elapsed after you bought your item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.

The item cannot be used and in its original condition. The item must be in its original packaging.
