Your items will go through a thorough examination and will be properly packaged prior to being delivered. We ship to thousands customers every day across multiple countries. Orders that include more than one item are assigned processing times for each item.

Prior to shipment, we examine the items ordered carefully before shipping. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time is between 3-7 working days.

Returns

The stock is dynamic and we are unable to completely manage it because multiple stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory can fluctuate at any time. It's possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been processed.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If the 30 days have elapsed since you purchased your product, we are unable to give you a refund or exchange.

You can only return a product in the event that it is not used and in the same state as when you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
