Note: Orders with more than one product are assigned a particular processing time, depending on the specific item.

Before shipping, we will inspect thoroughly the items you've ordered. The majority of orders are shipped within 48-hours. Expected delivery times are between 3-7 days.

Returns

The inventory is constantly changing and we do not fully manage it because many stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any time. It's possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been placed.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since you've bought the item and we're unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a refund, your product must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it in. You must have the item in its original packaging.
