Orders that contain more than 1 item are given processing time for each item.

Before shipping, all ordered products will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The expected delivery time will be between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

Due to the multiple parties involved such as the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to completely manage our stock. The levels of stock can change at any given time. Be aware that it is possible that your order could be out of stock after you've placed your order.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. We cannot replace or refund your purchase if it has been 30 days from the date of purchase.

Your item should be in the original packaging and not be used. It should also be in the original package.
