The distribution centers and warehouses distribution are in Europe and the USA.

It is important to note that orders with more than one item are given a processing time according to the item.

Prior to shipping, we check the item thoroughly. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. The expected delivery time will be between 3-7 days.

Returns

The inventory is constantly changing and we are unable to fully manage it because several stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The levels of stock can change at any time. Be aware that it is possible that your order will be out of stock after you have placed the order.

The policy is 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since the date you made your purchase and we're unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be considered eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the same condition as when you received it in. It should also be in the original packaging.
