Our warehouse staff are educated to pack your items exactly as per the specifications that we supply. Prior to shipping the goods are carefully inspected and secured. Warehouses and distribution centers can be located throughout Europe and the USA.

Note: Orders that contain more than one product will be assigned a distinct processing period based on the individual product.

Before shipping, we will check the item thoroughly. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The expected delivery time is 3 to 7 days.

Returns

Due to multiple parties, including the factory and the warehouse, we cannot completely manage our stock. The levels of stock can change at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order will be out of stock after the order is placed.

Our policy is for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you purchased your item We're sorry to say that we can't offer you a full exchange or refund.

The item cannot be used, and it must be in its original condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
