Your goods will undergo a thorough examination and will be properly packaged prior to being sent out. Every day, we deliver to thousands of customers in different countries. Note: Orders with more than one item will be assigned a different processing period for each item.

Prior to shipping, we inspect the ordered items carefully before shipping. Most orders are now shipped within 48 hrs. The time to deliver varies from 3-7 days.

Returns

Stock is dynamic, and not fully managed by us because of the involvement of many different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. The levels of stock can change at any given time. Please be aware that it's possible for your order to be out of stock after you have placed the order.

Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase however, we're unable to give you a refund or exchange.

The item should not be in use and must be in its original condition. It must also be in its original packaging.
