Note: Orders that contain more than one item will be assigned a distinct processing time for each item.

Prior to shipment, our team will perform an exhaustive inspection of the items you purchased. Currently, most orders are shipped within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between three and seven days.

Returns

The inventory is always changing and we are unable to completely manage it due to the fact that many parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The levels of stock can change at any time. Please be aware that it is possible that your order could become unavailable even after you have placed the order.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, if thirty days have passed from the date you purchased the product, we are unable to give you a refund or exchange.

The item you purchase must be in its original packaging and not be used. It should also remain in the original packaging.
