Please note that orders with more than one item are subject to a processing period that is based to the specific item.

Prior to shipment, our team will perform an extensive inspection of the products you have ordered. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hrs. The delivery time is between 3-7 working days.

Returns

Due to multiple parties such as the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to completely manage our stock. The actual stock can change at any moment. Be aware that your order could become unfulfilled when you have placed the order.

The policy is 30 days. If you haven't received your product within the 30 days period, we're not able to provide either a return or exchange.

The item you purchase must be in its original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. You must have the item in the original packaging.
