Note: Orders that contain more than one product will be assigned a distinct processing time, dependent on the particular item.

Before shipping, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the items you've purchased. Today, the majority orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The expected delivery time will be between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

The stock is constantly changing and not fully managed by us due to the involvement of multiple parties including the factory and our warehouse. The stock can change at any moment. Please understand it may happen that your order may be out of stock after the order has been placed.

The policy is for 30 days. If you haven't received your item within 30 days, we are not able to provide either a return or exchange.
